  We needed a light fixture replaced under warranty from our builder. When the polite and proficient technician showed up from Rytec, he completed the exchange in less than 2 minutes. What comes to mind is the old Lone Ranger mantra, "who was that masked man."

  I bought a brand new home 2 years ago and have had several issues throughout the process with electrical work. I met Joe Lopez with Rytec Electric about a year ago and he quickly won over my trust with our first interaction. His knowledge is unmatched and he makes you a priority which is absolutely unheard of these days in customer service. Joe has always been prompt, dependable and efficient while resolving my issues in a flash. This week i had to reach back out to Joe to help me resolve an issue I was having at my house and he immediately lined up an appointment with another employee named Caesar to accommodate my needs despite Joe being booked up. Caesar was nothing less than stellar! He was punctual, super attentive and displayed an unbelievable amount of patience while troubleshooting my house to resolve the issue. I have lived in Wilmington for 45 years and these guys are the epitome of excellence!! We all want that company to call when we have an electrical issue that we can trust and these two guys and Rytec Electric are hands down that company! Words can’t express how grateful I am to have these guys when i need them! Do yourself a favor and call Rytec when you need electrical work....i promise you won’t regret it! Sincerely, Jamie Higgins

  We called Joe on Monday Morning to check out a receptacle in our Bathroom. Joe came out the same day. Very professional and knowledgeable. We most definitely will call Rytec Electric again, if we need electrical service. Thank You.
