  Mark and Brian showed up on time and did a great job! They replaced all existing plugs and switches, added switch and plug in bathroom, plug in kitchen, replaced kitchen ceiling light, 6 pull chain lights in basement and 2nd floor. The entire experience was professional from Mark coming out to give estimate to the office manager calling to verify scheduled service date. They treated us like family and their prices are fair. They did a great job of cleaning up after installation. I highly recommend their service.

  Needed an additional line run to my microwave as it was blowing a fuse. I also had them install a new bathroom fan with it's own switch. Prompt service, professional, quick, reasonable and overall a great experience. They also advised me that I needed insulation in my attic. This was very helpful to me as the home inspector I had hired when I bought the house said I had enough insulation. They informed all the insulation had been removed when the bathroom had been renovated. I felt they went above and beyond. I will hire them again in the summer to install some garage lights. Highly recommend.

  We had them out for a quote 3 years ago for a simple fix that we decided not to have done at that time. Fast forward 3 years we called them to get an estimate for a very large job we have. The day of the called my wife and asked if they been here before and my wife said yes and gave him the date. The guy called at the end of the window they were due out and said MARK was not interested in quoting the job. WHY did they set up the appointment to begin with and why wasn’t that mentioned?? I give them zero starts for customer service!! DO NOT USE!!!
