First time ever needing an electrician I was not quite satisfied. Started off with google service tech had the best reviews so it seems it would be best to contact them. Ken was Super respectful and came out on time. I lost power in my living room and kitchen. Unfortunately Ken could not figure it out and was charged 200 for his time which I totally understand, no one works for free. Said he would set up another appointment with me and I've waited almost 2 weeks with no response. Just went with another electrician and problem was solved.

Andrew I am very sorry about that. When we talked on the phone prior to me coming out I did say we'll come out that day. And I also said that the service diagnostic fee is $195 for the 1st hour weather we find the problem in 6 minutes or 60 it's still $195 plus materials and labor to fix the problem. That day Me and my helper we had a 12 hour day already not your fault. I believe we got to your house around 8 or 9 PM. I did call to check to make sure it was OK your wife said it would be ok. We knew from the service diagnostic you had an open neutral somewhere in the house thats was affecting your Receptacles and lights. So we should have stopped and rescheduled something to correct the problem. Instead since we were there we pulled out and checked some receptacles in your front room. We pull out pulled out a couple switches. We pulled out the light that wasn't working in the kitchen. And after doing the diagnostic Checking everything that would make that problem happen and taking out the Receptacles /Switches and Light fixture we there over 2 hours Invested. I didn't charge you for the 2 hours I charge you the $195 For the service diagnostic fee only And I told you that we would come back. I do remember the conversation about a few days later maybe a week later you called me back. And be totally honest with you I was working on jobs prior I had to finish them up but I did forget to call you back . I got so swamp with work which is a good thing for me but a bad thing for you because I did forget to call you back I'm sorry. I'm very sorry about that I should have called you back and I did not. I think you are great people to work for and then again I'm really sorry about that. The main thing is you got it fixed I'm glad to hear that.

I had been getting the runaround from other electricians for two months. Not returning calls, not showing up for agreed upon appointments. I was finally recommended Ken and his company and he returned my call by the next day. The entire job was complete within two days. Ken and his two apprentices were very professional, thorough and kept me updated every step of the way. It’s hard these days to find good, honest and reliable help for home repairs and Ken and his staff do it “old school”. Highly recommended!

Ken was knowledgeable and fast. I hired him to replace the service drop to my house and it was done in less than 3 hours. This will definitely be my go to electrician and I highly recommend him to anyone.
