  The guy driving the RD electric van near Walla Walla needs to learn how to drive. The driver did not use the provided turning lane turning eastbound from Wilbur Ave onto hwy 12 then they stayed in the passing lane and drove slowly as to not let me by. Then when trying to pass in the right lane instead they sped up. Please teach your drivers the proper rules of the road, especially when they're driving a company van.
