  Knowledgeable. On time. Pricing is fair. I would have rated them a 5, however we had them replace breakers in our box to ones with GFCIs because we own an older home and rewiring the whole house wasn't feasible. The box was clearly labeled with what breakers serviced what portion of the house prior to Rescom working on the panel. When they completed, we had to find out on our own that the original labels had to be redone because the new breakers in those spots now service a different portion of the house. Luckily, we have worked enough with electricity to know to test for a current before doing any of the minor projects we personally were going to handle ourselves, however failing to inform us that we would need to relabel them and just letting us find out the hard way isn't safe.

  Great company who installed a generac generator for my home. A great learning experience. They where informative, knowledgeable and a solid company to work with. I advise homeowners to invest in a generator and have a certified dealer and installer guide u through the process. GREAT COMPANY.
