  After a very disappointing interaction with a larger national company I ended up calling Trinity. They were courteous, polite, and timely. The technician was professional and concerned with fixing my issue and making things safe to operate rather than trying to just make something work, and upsell me on extra products, services, or warranties. I will use this company again.
