  Called Roto-Rooter at 5:00 P.M. on Labor Day and they were at my house 30 minutes later. I had a clogged pipe that was causing the toilets, tubs, and sinks to not drain correctly. They fixed it within an hour of their arrival. So thankful they answered and came out on a holiday. Definitely recommend and will be using them again.

  Called, left several messages, voice mail says to call them back after 15 mins...it's been 2 days. I did say on my message that I needed a sink leak fixed, was told by a local that they won't come out for small jobs. Good luck if you do get in contact with this business. I've already found a reputable company in Cullman.

  We called them out to unclog a drain. We thought they did. When we still had issues. We called them back. They said it was just air in the lines it would be fine. A few months later we were still having the same problem. When we called back they refused to come back out even though they never fixed it properly to being with. Now we have had to spend more money to have it fixed plus rip the carpet up in our bathroom and replace the flooring. Would not recommend.
