This was my first time shopping here and Kevin was extremely helpful. I had vague ideas and questions and he was able to answer them all in short order. He was very upfront on what to buy where and went out of his way to do so. I will happily support this establishment. No complaints do far.

The staff has always been super helpful. They can sometimes be a little busy but they are still on top of things. They've always had what I needed in stock and if they didn't have what I need they've been great at helping me get my hands on it.

I made my first purchase here last week and the item was the wrong size for my install. I didn't even take it out of the box or try to install it. I came back to return the item and they told me they "don't do returns". I will never be shopping here again for my electrical needs.

Sorry to read that you had a poor experience. Without knowing the exact details of your purchase, it's hard to offer more explanation. Unfortunately, we had eliminated returns for a while, during the time that it was believed COVID could be transmitted from surface contact. And, while we could account for chain of custody standards with material coming in from manufactures, we could not do that with customer returns. We simply had no idea who or where the product had been. We have since been cleared to accept returns, and if you still have the product in question, please contact us to see if we can solve this issue for you now. Sorry again for the poor experience.
