  I needed an outlet in my crawl. Submitted a request for estimate on line. RU came out the next day (I was afraid they would send a salesman, they did not) super efficient and listened to what I really wanted. They waste no time, give you and estimate and we booked the work. Came as planned (no huge windows of time). Work was done in an hour (actually less). Price was good and the quality is excellent. Plus the service guys listened to me, asked questions and verified their plan matched my expectations. I will use them again!

  Well they seemed like they would be a decent company. Their electrician was willing to meet me at outside their regular hours to give me an estimate. However, I was supposed to get an estimate in my email within 2 days and have not heard anything. Seems like poor customer service. Update: I did receive a response from the company and did finally get an estimate. It was thorough and easy to read. I haven't decided if I will use this company or not but I did change my initial rating as they did get back with me. My rating is only based on their customer service in that they did reach out to me to fix the missing estimate. So I can't fault their dedication when a problem is noted. If I accept their estimate I'll update this review again.

  We needed to have our electric meter/service relocated recently and found RU Electrical Service on Google. After speaking with Darwin Bird, it was clear to me his company was who we needed to do the job! The employees that worked on the project were great! They were courteous and knowledgeable and the job was not an easy one! I highly recommend their company for any of your electrical needs!
