  A handful of my family members have built with Schlabach and the after-build customer care was the reason we chose to do the same. I had a couple of minor issues after I moved in and they came out within a couple days and made the changes/fixes. Now at 5 years after building, I have a leak in my bedroom ceiling. I called and they were quite urgent and put in a ticket to come repair it. I was told "you absolutely called the right person. We need to get that fixed for you as soon as possible." The integrity and service of this company are exceptional and the reason I will recommend them EVERY time.

  Moved in to our beautiful new home in December of 2020. The entire process from design, construction and through completion was remarkable. Everyone at Schlabach Builders were great to work with. My wife and I did alot of research on builders, so happy we went with Schlabach. We love our new home, and would highly, highly recommended anyone looking to build their dream home to sit down with Schlabach Builders.

  We love our home that they built. Many great features using this company versus a cookie cutter company like 89 Homes or something. However, Schlabach worked so quickly that I think some finesse was overlooked. Honestly though, our biggest beef was with their electrician (who was one of their sub contractors): he was pushy, arrogant, and did many things that we shouldn't have allowed (silly outlet placements, illogical outdoor lighting, etc etc). If we could go back, we'd definitely still use this company, however, we would be a whole lot more firm with the electrician.
