  My plastic gate was not closing properly and he came out and fixed it promptly and for a very reasonable cost. The repair was quick and effective and has lasted for a month now! Absolutely recommend, his work is high-quality!

  We had Shem come in to do some repairs around the home prior to renting out our property and I can't speak more highly of him. His initial guy was new to the company, but Shem made sure to come over and ensure things were being done right. We ended up having some mold damage and with the pending rental of the property we were in a bind with trying to almost completely remodel the powder room in a short period. He made very reasonable suggestions, took appropriate pictures for insurance, prioritized our circumstance and finished the work in a speedy manner, with attention to detail and care about the quality of his work. He was personable and reasonably priced (please don't expect him to be the cheapest, the man does good work and needs to make a living), making sure to have other professionals do things that he was not sure that he could provide the same high level of service for. We are extremely happy with him and wish we had found him sooner for our initial remodels. Thanks again, Uncle Shem (or so my daughter calls him).
