Need fast friendly help with any electrical work? From blown outlets to entire new service box installation, I have personally had both taken care of by Anthony. He even hooked up my new security camera for me. Great work, great price.

Let me start by saying that I don't write a review of every business I use. They do nice work, but if you are even considering hiring them, it is worth your 2 minutes to read this whole post. I try to save that for particularly good or particularly negative situations. I used this business for installation of 6 can lights and one ceiling fan, and replacement of outlets in one bedroom. They came highly recommended (although I was warned that it would take a long while and would be pricey). I paid a significant deposit (I believe it was $800 before the work ever began as a deposit). Even after I wrote that check, there were many delays in getting the project started. They came a went multiple times over a period of WEEKS to do this little job. They were working on it October 25 and I got a text on Dec 23 telling me that they can finish up the Thurs or Fri after Christmas. I was very patient as I had not put a timeline on it. After taking weeks to do the work, they sent the invoice Jan 11 and on Jan 13, I got a text message about how it needed to be paid. Even though all hell had broken loose (a very close family friend passed away that week and immediately following that my father was killed in an accident). I noted I had to rush out of town for death/funeral. I didn't think it was a professional (or courteous way to handle things, but, you never know when something is happening on their end, so I was comfortable using them again. In fact, I reached out a couple of times to get on the schedule for some similar work in another bedroom. Didn't get a response, but I ran into Barb (owner and one of the two that does the work) one day and told her I needed some more work done. She said she would get me on her list and call me. That was in late June. Having heard nothing I texted on Oct 15 and 24. I got a reply Oct 28 explaining that it would be after Thanksgiving, as I noted above. I responded that this was fine and I could wait. Text on Nov 14 just listing exactly what I needed done so she could plan time and know what fixtures she needed to bring and which ones I already had. Having heard nothing since the Oct text, I sent another on Dec 2 to be sure I was on the "to do" list. No response. My nephew is an electrician and is coming for Christmas. One tiny part of the job I was waiting on was 2 can lights in the stairwell. That involves moving an old fixture from the wall and replacing with those cans. He was going to put those two in as a favor to allow the hole to be patched as I have someone coming to do some sheetrock/drywall work. Dec 9 text requesting model/brand or photo of the lights they used in the prior job so that I could make sure the ones my nephew does will match as they will be visible from both areas. No response. Text Dec 18 requesting the same info. No response. Texted on Dec 21 requesting same. Unbelievably, the immediate response began, "Vicki, please refrain from texting and calling me every day." Are you freakin' kidding me?! What the hell kind of response is that from a repeat customer?? The text went on in the same snippy tone remarking that if I am so clearly anxious to hire someone else, they can match the lights. She said she was exposed to COVID... well that doesn't carry on for this many months. And a one sentence text acknowledging me is definitely not too much to ask. That response was rude, unprofessional and completely inappropriate. I wasn't going to hire anyone. I made it clear in prior texts that I was happy to wait because they do very nice work. Well that won't be the case again. I would NEVER recommend them. They certainly aren't the only people who can do good work and they certainly don't have some rare training or expertise. I would have expected a little more courtesy as I am a repeat customer and they know there is much more electrical work to be done in the future at this house. I guess they don't need my business. Plenty of other electricians to choose from.
