  Don't hire these guys!!! I had them fix a problem that (I created, my mistake #1) in my basement. My mistake #2, I hired these guys. The electrician wandered around my house for over 2 hours to tell me he couldn't figure it out and refused my solution. I got the bill for the $75 trip charge and the hourly rate (which he overcharged) for .....nothing. $450 for nothing. So they sent a 2nd electrician, he figured out the problem immediately and fixed it. I mentioned that I had another area that I needed looked at. He did some fiddling. When he left it, appeared everything worked, but the next day it was revealed that he had miss-wired the 4 way switch. This is where it goes sideways. I spoke to Scott, he claims the miss wire was not their fault and he doesn't want to fix it. Meanwhile my lights don't work and I may have a fire hazard. Scott's customer service skills are a 0. The customer is right? Emails, phone calls and texts.....no customer service. No Scott is right and he holds the cards. Scott is terrible. If you hire this company, get your attorney ready, there is going to be a lawsuit. I've got my attorney lined up. I should have read his reviews first. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else. As Scott says, sometimes you wish you don't encounter some people. Especially unprofessional people such as he is. Read other reviews, I am not the first that had a problem with him. If he wakes up everyday loving his job.....show it on the outside. Don't ridicule your customers and abandon them when you make a mistake and live in a fairy tale dreamland that customer service doesn't exist.

  Based on this "accurate" review it's amazing that we have been in business for almost 19 years. I've dealt with so many amazing customers over the years. I truly love what I do. I wake up everyday and don't think of it as a job, it's just my life. I sometimes answer my phone at dinner, I respond to emails and texts on the weekend because it's just who I am. I'm really fortunate to have a great team of electricians that really seems to care about their work, which makes my life easier. Sometimes you encounter people that you wish you didn't. You can try to turn the other cheek, be the better person, ect ect. But it's not always easy. I'm gonna keep waking up everyday loving what I do, which is take care of my family, customers, and my employees.

  Signature electric did a great job on our project! We had them relocate some switches from an architectural post in the middle of our family room/kitchen that we removed. They also installed 4 recessed lights in the same space. The work was done very efficiently and we are extremely happy with the service we received and the price. All in all an excellent experience! Would definitely hire again!

  We had a much needed repair on the fuse box done by max and Oliver in Victoria and they were very knowledgeable and professional while being quick at finishing the repair.
