  I keep calling and keep getting hung up on. I received a phone call back but the moment I answered and said hello they immediately hung up. They never said hello to see if anyone answered or anything. Weird.

  I had a couple rather complicated issues and questions dealing with the fact that I'll be buying a car soon and almost immediately moving it out of state to where I will be stationed with the Army. The outstanding help and kindness of the lady that I talked with was unmatched by any other government office I have ever worked with. The lady that I talked to calmly and skillfully walked me through every bit of information I needed and made sure I understood everything. Best experience I have had with a government office PERIOD!!!
