  Horrible customer service. I went in to get a car under my name and brought every single paper they asked for. The lady who helped me (white lady with hairs a little past her shoulders and has glasses ) was beyond rude and made rude remarks the whole time. She couldn’t find a paperwork that was stuck underneath another one and rudely asked me where was the other paper. I showed her respectfully and she continued to be rude as she caught herself looking dumb of course. She threw my id back to where I had to stop my id before it flew to the ground, threw change back at me, and made a remark (Jesus help me) like honey with all them crosses hanging on your wall, Jesus doesn’t like ugly and he would help you if you were more respectful. If you hate your job so bad, fix it because god can’t do that for you. Very rude, all the ladies hate themself and reflect all their bad energy on the customers. She was lucky she was hiding behind the plastic glass :)

  Wow! Quickest I have ever gotten my registration sticker, less than 5 min. Have always used local "hometown" locations but I actually saved time by driving into Tyler!
