  We had an amazing experience. After getting 4 quotes, we decided to use Starnes because their quote was very reasonable and Michael was so kind and likable that it made the decision super easy. Brady and another gentleman (sorry I forgot his name) we so considerate with taking their shoes off, did a very quick and clean job and were very sweet with our parents. We got the sense that they really care about doing quality work at a very fair cost. WILL use them for future needs and have already told a couple of friends about them.

  Contacted Starnes electric to do some work for me on a mobile home that we are renovating in Chester had an appointment set up for today at 9 oclock today he was a no show we called him he did called me back We discussed our appointment he said he vaguely remembered our appointment said he'd call me back in 10 minutes well that was around 10 AM this morning it is now 5:29 pm and I still have yet to hear from him. This company does not know how to do business doesn't show up when hes supposed to, he doesn't write down appointments, When you try to reach this company everything goes to a voicemail and you never get a return call very rarely cause the voucemail is full so you cannot leave a message.

  Starnes Electric is excellent to deal with, far superior to most of the competition I have used in the past, and the work they perform turned out to be perfect. When I called to schedule an appointment someone actually answered right away.
