  Shawn and Melinda are excellent. Able to work us in on a short turnaround for repairs following an inspection and prior to closing. Responded promptly to all communication, by phone, text and email. Reasonable rates, courteous, worked quickly and carefully. Thank you!

  He was called on a Friday. Said he would be there early Sat. morning. Calls around 11:00(that is not early) says he is 30 minutes away. Asked how are you going to pay him. Called back over an hour later again. Stated that he was 45 min. That he gets paid $100 per hour and his time begins when he starts on his way to the house. If someone is calling you on a Friday afternoon. It probably is something that needs attention soon. Do not agree to show up and then start throwing outrageous prices out at them. Yes, they are elderly people. You thought you could take advantage of them but it did not happen.
