  Fantastic, quality service! Had Generac generator installed and I’m delighted by Jacob’s installation and start-up. Jacob is so nice and personable. He is respectful of the home (he removed his shoes before coming inside) and patient to explain the system and answer any and all questions. Installation is just in time before the big winter storm that is supposed to arrive also ;-) . Shout out to Tammy as well - what a courteous, knowledgeable and customer-service oriented person. She is such an asset to Swaim. Looking forward to working with Swaim to maintain the generator.

  Installed a generator for us. Did a fabulous job. People were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They install dozens per week so they are VERY prepared. Wonderful follow-up. Best communication I’ve ever had with any company. You are totally informed on what will happen when. One of the best priced too.

  Mr. Craig Stalker was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. He was respectful and kind. He diagnosed the problem immediately. He was here when he said he would be, Cleaned up after himself and took the time to explain everything. He also took the time to to my husband on the phone.
