After getting car repaired I asked a simple question about a radiator hose and the the answer I received was very sarcastic and rude do not recommend them

They were very professional and courteous, and I didn't have to wait very long like at other places.

This auto shop has been an extremely wonderful experience. Our car broke down while traveling back to Texas and we had it towed here because it was the closest shop and we had to get back on the road. These guys expedited us, fixed our car, let us know of other potential issues and sent us on our way in less than 2 hours. They also have us a fair rate. They were very nice and professional, and the shop was clean as can be. I recommend anyone who needs service in the area.

Went for a EVAP system leak. Said it was the sensor .($14) part they charged 250. Had to go back because the same issue continued . $50 more dollars to tape a hole on the hose leading to the same sensor .

Matt and his staff are top notch! They have worked on a variety of vehicles for me. They are outstanding for not only routine maintenance but also major and minor repairs.  I recently learned they are now selling tires! Matt is more than knowledgeable, he is trustworthy! Take your car to Superior Auto to make sure the job is done right.

We've been going here for years. Joel and Matt are wonderful people. They certainly stay busy because you probably won't get your vehicle back the same day, but their service is definitely worth it.

They fixed our car up quick for an amazing price. Really great guys working there. They care about their work and their customers. I recommend it 100%. Didn't catch the mechanic's name, but he just made our day. Take your car here!!

Awesome service from these guys.... they got me turned around with same-day service, and even managed to replace the bolts that I foolishly lost!
And one of the guys at the shop even stayed 5 minutes Pass closed because I was running late to get there to pick up my vehicle. I highly recommend the shop for any repairs you need, their customer service is top-notch.

We broke down on I40 west in Lebanon tenn and AAA towed us here. These guys were very curtious and  professional. Their hospitality was outstanding. They did not charge me extra for starting the repair myself or cleaning up all the blood I lost while attempting to repair truck. If I lived here I would use and recommend Superior auto repair.
