      Fast appointment services! I called Friday, had an appointment scheduled for that immediate Monday. (very nice office receptionist) They called with estimated arrival time and showed up on time. Great and quick service! Super knowledgeable. Plumbing, heating, cooling, and electrical Best all inclusive services that we have experienced in a long time! 100% recommend and will utilize business cards to outsource other properties. Price appropriate! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 Allen Davis you're awesome, great work!

      Marc our service tech was very professional and knowledgeable. He was thorough and took care of our immediate problem with the outside of house clean out pipes. He recommended what additional action we should take and gave us a quote. Also Jana who I spoke to in the office was fabulous in helping me get an appointment. It was amazing to get to talk with someone at the business in Savannah (not another state) and she knew answers to questions. That is getting to be rare when you call anywhere lately. These folks were awesome!

      We've recently been having trouble with our water heater. We had to call Thompson & Thompson out a couple of times to look at it. With the age of the unit in the end we decided it would be best to replace it. They gave us estimates with options, which I liked and advice ( Preston )as well. They replaced the system in a very timely manner, well ahead of expected. Preston was great, gave us good advice and even took the time to explain things to my husband on the phone. I really appreciated that. The only negative thing I would say is, the first time they came out to fix the water heater, the pilot light went back out in a matter of hours. When I called back the next day to let them no, we had to make another appointment and wait another week for them to come back out. Which we also had to wait a week for the first appointment. I my opinion since they didn't fix the problem the first time, our problem should have taken precedence over other first time appointments, and not have to wait another week to be seen again. Also we paid them over 500 dollars for the first visit, since we ended up replacing the whole system which was very costly I personally think it would have been nice if they would have taken something off that price for that first visit.
