  Commercial Service Manager 2020 to December 2021 Low level of knowledge. No training to upgrade techs. Upper management very disorganized Many customers ignored because of another project and we were told not to worry about other customers. Managent reassigned the labor force to construction Pay is below average . Do not hire knowledgeable technicians because of pay grade.

  I witnessed a service tech being extremely disrespectful to his help. This was in 2016. A male and female. He was yelling at her to the point he had her in tears. I have never called Triangle contractors again since this day. The lord laid it on me heart to share this. We can only pray she reported this to her supervisor and the man was disciplined. What's sad is that this treatment is so underreported in fear of losing their job. It was obvious the woman needed her job because I don't think she would've been working for this company if she didn't need money. I don't know you sweet lady but I hope God has blessed you and that you've been able to move on to bigger ans better things. Shame on Triangle Contractors if they've kept that man making decisions in this company.
