Warren Electric installed a bathroom fan for me about 2 months ago. They quoted me $220. They came, installed the fan in about 6 hours then handed me my bill for nearly $500. I said I wasn't going to pay that amount and was willing to pay the quoted price. They finally accepted my payment and were on there way. They bathroom fan vents outside. The vent cover they installed was supposed to open and close according to whether the fan was on or off. the vent cover did not do this. 2 weeks after the install, the vent cover just fell off and was sitting on the ground one day when I came home. I called them up and asked them to come and fix their work. They said sure, so i took off work and waited for them to arrive one day. They never showed. They repeated this no show FOUR MORE TIMES until i finally got the owner to stop by one day after work. He came by and took a look and said he did not know how to fix it but would look into it. 2 more weeks go by. During this time i am calling their company once every couple days where i either get told someone will stop by today or someone will call me back. Never did anyone stop by or call me back. Meanwhile I have a 4 inch hole in the side of my house in the middle of winter. I informed them of this, they didn't seem to care. Today i finally spoke with the owner again and he said he still could not find the correct part and was still looking. I said fine, ill find it and call you back. I went to home depot, picked up the part in about 10 minutes, brought it home and called him back. He had the same installers come out and put the new part in. and for some reason they still cannot get it to work properly. They said they do not know how to fix it and this is all they can do. I am left with a bathroom fan that will not vent. Dodge Warren Electric at all costs. They do not know customer service or the value people have on their time and clearly don't know how to be electricians.
