Two electricians arrived at my house - Conrad and Brandon. They were very professional. They were also upbeat and pleasant. They immediately began working on my generator maintenance and also worked on connecting my new ductless heat system to the generator panel. During the course of the work, they noticed that the generator was sliding off the concrete pad. I had noticed this also. The generator was sitting at the edge of the pad. Apparently, the person who installed the generator two years ago never installed the anchor bolts. They didn't have any bolts on hand, but they promised to come back and address the problem. We then went to my daughters house, where we repeated the same work. Same issue with the generator pads. The next day at 4:30 PM. Brandon returned to my house and installed the bolts. He had already been to my daughter's house and installed hers. All in all, Conrad and Brandon were very professional and knowledgeable. I will call Island Electric for all of my future electrical needs.
