  Have nothing but amazing things to say about this company. George is great to work with! As a project manager with Clear Choice Roofing, White Label was not only able to fit my project in at the last minute...but also worked within my budget! I am now going to be using White Label for all of my solar needs!!!

  This company was contracted by my roofing company (Phoenix exteriors) to remove and replace our 6k solar array in order for the roof to be replaced. They have been unresponsive and have still not replaced the solar panels as of this review, even though the roof has been finished for a month now. They keep saying they will complete the job and then don't show up (This has happened for 5 different days now). Beyond that, the owner, George has been unfriendly and defensive when I attempted to call him to get a bit of basic information from him. There are so many solar companies out there, I see no reason to choose this one -- and plenty of reasons to avoid it!

  Good Afternoon Thomas, I understand it must have been frustrating that we had to reschedule so many times, but please consider the minor fact that in this situation we were the sub-contractor and were following an aggresive schedule to detach and reset 26 homes that were all damaged within the Mueller airport area. As the subcontractor we do not get to remit payment from the contractor until the reinstallation has been complete. We wanted your solar system to be reinstalled as fast possible as well. It was a rainy month with our team constantly being pulled in different directions from the contractor. I understand scheduling and communication could have been much better, and for that I am very sorry I did not reach out more often. I should have respected your time more. I admittedly was operating under the assumption the contractor was fulfilling that responsibility. That being said, Thomas a 1 star review hurts my business and the employees that work for me. At the very least could you please rate how the overall reinstallation of your system went? We washed your solar panels, replaced cheap material the orginal installer used at no cost to you and reconfigured your solar arrays to look better by running the conduit through the attic rather than on the roof and increased your solar production by avoiding putting panels back in shaded areas. We did not charge additionally for this. I appreciate that you were willing to pay for the additional material required to do such a task but had hoped you would acknowledge we were doing this because we were sorry for the previous issues.

  George and his crew performed a removal and reinstall for us and we couldn't be happier with the service. They we punctual and extremely professional. Everything was explained well and was surprised about a follow up several weeks after the install to make sure the system was performing as well as anticipated.
