  It is hard to keep up with policy changes. There was a sign on the door stating visitors could come in with patients as long as you had a mask. My boyfriend is a patient and I was walking in to his appointment with him. I was sent away! I also saw others going in with other patients and not being sent out!. It should be the same for everyone!! The staff is disrespectful.

  Some providers shrugged off my concerns and failed to listen to the things most bothersome to me.us. a couple - only , were caring .some staff was friendly while some were rude. If this clinic stays open, it needs to improve.
