  I smelled gas outside of my house while taking down Christmas lights, so I called to get a tech to my house and check it out. A tech arrived within an hour, on a Saturday, and was very friendly and helpful. They not only checked my gas intake, but my neighbors too just in case theirs was leaking (they are facing each other in between our houses). He found the leak and replaced the O-rings that had caused it, made sure everything was sealed and my gas appliances were working properly before leaving. I wish I had asked his name, he was very polite and professional and even shared some industry knowledge with me. Thanks for coming out and making sure my family was safe! #everydayheroes

  Need to demolish a house and have been waiting 2 weeks so far for these fine people to turn the gas off and move the meter nothing new there , anytime anything has to do with any Athens City dept they make you wait , no idea why these people still have jobs

  Did not run the gas line to the house as discussed. My father in law told them that they were going to cross over water and underground cable. The installer said "this is where my boss said put it". So instead of calling my wife to confirm since she is the one that showed them were we wanted it, they ran the line anyway and cut the cable.
