I have a 2022 Volvo 860. One month old.  Since I picked it up I've been having an issue with the bunk heater controls.  Finally found a dealer in the same area I was to get it checked out.  This place told me the have no idea, I should try this or that out another thing myself.  I asked where are these things located he said to call volvo or someone else they had no idea.  Wait... aren't you volvo?? It's under warranty why can't you work on it... was ignored.  👍  guess I'll reach out to the actual factory for true help.

Excellent service, they solved leak problems in the def system in 5 hours even when the workshop is full with other clients.  Give them 5 stars and if I could I would give them more 100% recommended

They refused to help me. I've had my Volvo in the shop several times because my headlight keeps going out when I hit a bump. Volvo can't troubleshoot it because the light starts working every time I start the truck. I'm here begging them to just look at the light real quick to see if they can troubleshoot it. 30 minutes tops. If they can't figure it out then that's fine. I'll even come back later for the repair to be done. I just need them to look at it while its inop because Volvo can't seem to figure it out when it's working. Thanks for nothing Cumberland Volvo.

Chelsea.... OMG❤ What can I say about this young lady, she REALLY took care of me today. 1st of all  I have a KW and this is a Volvo "SPECIFIC" shop, but I was referred to them and so I took my truck to them. I came in with corroded harness wires (NO HEAD LIGHTS AT ALL) and loud leaking purge valve... Long story short I came in around 4:30ish pm and I was paid out and rolling at 9pm. Chelsea came out and hooked the computer up to the truck and 15min later Tyler the fabulous friendly mechanic came and got the truck... Not even a hour later the truck was diagnosed. I've been driving 20yrs and I've been a  O/O going on 6yrs and this has been the best service  by far💯❤❤❤ I will  return 🙇🏿‍♀️

Dishonest people.  They ripped me off 4 yrs  ago 😒.  I still have nightmares about how I was duped that day . Awful 😖 practices here.

Went in for repairs and came out with more issues then before. DO NOT GO HERE. Trust the reviews, they are not good.
