  If you’re looking for rude and nasty customer service, this is the place for you!… I came in for a PM ( apparently they have the liberty to do just an oil change and call it a day ) and the mechanic actually got into my truck (without authorization) with greasy/oily hands and started my truck, asked the lady by the desk and all she had was a sarcastic “SORRY”. Not to mention that they didn’t show me the oil level/pressure and had to ask for a torque check on my drain plug… so one of the mechanics apparently was upset and had to squirt oil on the side of my cab, nice try bud… I was planning on a stop by the truck wash anyways ✌🏻😉 Way to go! I don’t know if I should call corporate or PETA on this circus.

  Heater hose busted in the parking lot in january, they seen a future problem also with another hose rubbing and a missing bracket and inquired to fix it. I am very happy with the unplanned shop visit. They did a good job and very nice women at the desks, no rude behavior here. Place is also a hoot if your around long. Lots of laughs. 5-9pm
