  Great service all the way around from the Complete Comfort Crew! Nate knows the product inside and out and takes the time to sit down and explain the benefits and features with you during the in-home consultation. Josh and Joe were my installers and they were very professional, installed everything with superb workmanship, strict to manufacturers specifications, detail oriented, and answered any questions I had throughout the process. I would recommend Complete Comfort for all your HVAC needs!! 10/10!

  This company is the absolute best! We had a new heating/cooling system installed this week and we couldn't be happier! The main crew of Josh, Joe, Alex, and Dad (yes, that's what he goes by) was stellar! The entire team was professional, highly skilled, responsive, and just overall great to deal with. They went above and beyond to make sure everything worked properly and they cleaned up amazingly well before they left. They even fixed a prexisisting and unknown electrical issue that cropped up during the install which was necessary to complete the job. Over the years, we've owned a number of homes and dealt with a number of companies for improvements. This company and team is by far one of the absolute best. We highly recommend them to any one thinking about any HVAC or electrical needs.

  As a first time home owner in Abingdon I am starting to learn the difference between bob the cheap ac guy and professionals like Complete Comfort. I had Complete Comfort come by to quote me on a new hvac since my old one was destroyed by another company. It was a great quote process and gave many different options to choose from and explained all the benefits. I never felt pressured to go with more expensive options but was very well informed. When the furnace and ac came in multiple workers came to my home and installed both furnace and ac with so much professionalism and kindness. Wearing shoe coverings when stepping into the house, dressing professional, and answering all of my questions. Over all a fantastic experience. I also had them instal 50ft of gas line for my new gas logs. Great experience as well. What so many companies don't understand is that you get one first impression. Some places will try to rip you off or do bad work because it's so much cheaper. Complete Comfort gave me a great first, second, and third impression. As long as I live in this area they will always be my first and only quote. I wish I still had all the names of the ones who came to my house. Thank you to every person involved.
