  Very nice staff. Helpful and polite. And as far as I know the only tv repair shop in southern Western Virginia. Glad to have found them and look forward to sending them lots of business in the future

  This place is a joke they had my tv for months and after about 90 days or so I called (again) to check the status and they informed me that if it had been there for more than 60 days chances are they threw it out luckily for me it was still there at which point I had 3 days to come get it or it was trash so I paid these guys 20 bucks for what exactly?? I have no clue but next time I'll go to Bristol

  We can find no record of your name for any set that was ever in our shop, but we do try to contact everyone to let them know the status of their television. Signs are posted about disposal of abandoned sets left over 30 days, if you do not contact us during that time and we have been unable to contact you we are free to dispose of the set. A lot of sets do get abandoned here and we have to dispose of them at our own cost. The $20 is a diagnostic fee that is very reasonable and gets applied to the bill if fixed. If you decline our estimate or abandon the set the $20.00 fee covers our time for diagnostics and costs for disposal.
