    I was charged $260 including the trip fee to put a cord on a new dryer & install an outlet for that dryer where the old dryer had previously been wired. It took less than 45 minutes. The two electricians refused to hook up the new dryer stating “ We are not appliance movers, we are electricians.” I requested an itemized invoice of labor and parts and was told they did not do this. The cost listed for each was $105.00. When I called and asked what was labor and what was for the part they would not disclose this information. The office worker said she would ask the owner “Mike” or “Jeff” to call me but “ could not promise they would. I also requested a copy of the warrant on the product and work as I was told for those outrageous price it was guaranteed for a year, and have yet to receive that Update: the owner or co owner ? called, He did NOT ever provide the warranty I asked for as the false reply below states from some one named Barbara and he screamed into the phone at me and hung up after refusing to tell me how much a cord cost and how much an outlet cost separate from labor. He said they don’t do this and demanded I listen to him but instead of talking hung up LOL. Guess he’s a pretty stressed out guy. Definitely not who I want to recommend ever Do not use this company

    Camero, Barbara, We are sad to hear of your disappointment with our Electrical services. I wanted to just make sure the facts are right. We were out to your home to preform electrical repairs. Our technician discussed and presented your cost for repair up front with no hidden fees. You agreed to the fee and we proceeded with the work. You signed our work order approving the work was done and meet your approval. You then had ask us to move the dryer in from outside the house and put it in place. Our technicians are not covered by our insurance for moving equipment that is not to do with electrical work. Jeff did reach out to you to try and discuss your issue today as you ask. Jeff also supplied you with the breakdown as you ask and he also sent you a copy of our warranty for the services rendered. I just am not sure what else we could have done to make you happy, except move the dryer into your house for you!

    Richard and Stephen upgraded our faulty antique fuse panel with a modern breaker panel. I found these techs to be very professional and knowledgeable and the work they performed was very well done from start to finish. I can highly recommend.

    Called because they said they had a location in marion, va. Popped up like they were "local". They show up, look at box for less than 5 minutes. Say its gonna cost 2300.00 dollars to fix. I asked how much was a service call upfront on phone, woman said 49.00. They give me this "straight forward pricing guide" blah blah blah. It's 258.00 because they came from Kingsport? Wait I thought you had an office here? Locally. They did absolutely nothing to fix our problem. Tried to get me to fill out credit app right there on the spot. Telling me everything's gonna get messed up, new water heater will burn up because of the problem, making me extremely worried. How some inspector not gonna pass inspection, etc etc. And then laughed when they gave me a 258.00 dollar pen and magnet. This is the worst place I have ever dealt with. My husband called twice, " some random guy" has yet to get back to us. I don't mind paying the 49.00 dollars we were quoted. But 1) don't falsely advertise your " local" when your not.2) straightforward pricing guide is a crock of s#%!. 3) trying to scare people into getting credit for a huge bill is not cool 4) they were in there for 5 mins, 258.00 for 5 minutes and still have problem. 5) employees laughing about 258.00 pen & magnet...yeah .Whatever you do. DO NOT CALL THEM. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY LIE ABOUT WHERE THERE AT, PRICING, EVERYTHING. NOT A PLACE YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH. CALL YOUR LOCAL GUY FOR ELECTRICAL HELP INSTEAD.

    Ms. Ball We have read your review and feel that we must clarify some of the details you mentioned. Precision Electrical Company has been serving the Kingsport / Tri Cities area for over 14 years. Only recently did we open our satellite office in Marion. Currently our service crews are dispatched from our Kingsport location because we are new to Marion. We hope to grow in this location so that in the future we will have a full time staff there. You were quoted the $49 trip charge over the phone when you called to request service. That is the same fee whether our crew is dispatched to Marion or Kingsport. Our Customer Care Representative also made you aware of the Straight Forward Pricing that we use before dispatching a service crew. Once onsite at your home, our highly trained Technicians would have made you, the homeowner, aware of the diagnosis fee and you would have been required to sign that you agreed to the quoted amount before any work was performed. You, Ms. Ball, signed that you were fully aware. Furthermore, once you were given the cost of the repair, the technician would have only offered you our financing option as a way for you to have the means for the repair if you chose to proceed, not as a "scare tactic" as you mentioned. Our Service Manager did speak with your husband about the service provided. Your husband stated he would call back to further discuss, however we have not heard from him. We tried multiple times to reach him afterwards but was unsuccessful. You also stopped payment on the check you wrote for the services rendered to you per the signed agreement. We strive for a 100% customer satisfaction rating and at no time did we lie or provide misleading information to you. If you would like to further discuss this, please contact our office. Thank you!
