Absolutely some of the finest professionals I have worked with.   I had a generator added to my house.  Although it took awhile to get the generator (due to the shortage all over) they kept in touch with me the entire time.
Once the installation process started, you could tell these people love their job.   I would highly recommend them for any project, they certainly keep you well informed and do a great job.

We had Connect replace a water heater control valve today. The technician was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. Hopefully he did a good job. He came at 1:02 and left at 2:10. It cost us $425. $89 for someone to come out and diagnose the problem $336 for labor. Thank heavens the part was under warranty. That seems really pricey for an hour of work. We will probably be looking elsewhere for our plumbing needs in the future.

I would and will recommend connect to everyone. They were prompt, polite, and went over and beyond when doing my complete home repipe.
