  I tried calling the phone number listed and a guy answered and asked are you calling about electric service?? I said yes I am. He said hold please....and then after a couple minutes a lady answered and her accent was so strong I could not understand her also I could hear lots of other people talking. I called back then the same guy answered and said hello can I help you? I said I was looking to speak with duane & sons electric and he hung up. Then I tried to call back thinking it was an accident and now it said the call was unable to be completed?? What kind of business is this???

  Cecil is a fantastic technician. He is knowledgeable and polite. We appreciate his attention to detail. This was the most thorough upkeep check and Cecil identified some issues that left unchecked could have caused major issues down the road. happy with him.
