  Open to the public- Everyone is nice here, varying levels of knowledge. At least they have the ability to move products around so you can order in from other locations. They sell wire off larger spools. There are plenty of tools available if you need something specific also.

  I am buying anew kiln, but it has a different plug than I have installed. They let me send them pictures from my phone and then checked their stock and were willing to save the receptacle I needed. When I got there I had decided to get a new plug instead and they found that for me. Thanks
