  Needed outlets repaired, lighting fixtures replaced and a EV outlet placed in our garage. Mr.Dunsford was responsive, prompt, polite and gave us a fair price. Highly recommend

  Not Impressed. Called for an Estimate. Said he would be by next day. Proceeded to cruise around my neighborhood and stopped at the wrong house. I attempted to call him 3 times while he was obviously lost. No answer. Voice Box Full. Proceeds to call me an hour later telling me stopped at a house with a picket fence and left a card. Can't speak to the quality of this companies work. But the lack of basic organization / communication was mind blowing. What you can do better. - Correctly write down customer address / phone number. Verify this information while the customer is still on the phone. - If you do have difficulty finding the address. Be proactive. Reach out to your customer and ask for clarification / land marks. - Give your customer a direct call back line.
