Visited the store, spoke with the Plumbing Manager about a bathtub issue (over flow and main drain replacement). He knew exactly the base kit needed, walked over to the kit section, pulled one out and discussed the parts in detail and other metal finish options.

Not much help when you know more about what you need then they do . how can untrained supposed to help you they don't even know what they got or they do know they just don't want to help you how many Warm Bodies now are just picking and choosing customers they want to help just by THIER mood or what you look like. those people are going to ruin those businesses. Word to corperate...

“Manager” that answered the phone was extremely rude and refused to help me with a receipt under my name. I asked several times for his name and the corporate office and he refused to give it. He finally gave me the number after I called several times. When I called corporate they said he should have been able to help me. Bad attitude!
