  We hired Meer to install an additional outlet in our warehouse space. They were able to come give us an estimate within an hour, and schedule our service a few days later (it would have been next-day, but that was the weekend so we were not available). Their sales rep and the crew were all on time and very communicative, and the work was completed in the time estimated. Very pleased! Could not have gone smoother.

  The electricians that came to our house were great. This review is for Rick Meer. When we spoke on the phone, I asked how much it would be to install 3 ceiling fans. He told me they charge by the hour at $150 per hour so he could not accurately tell me what the price would be. When it came time to pay, come to find out the invoice was $150 per fan. When I informed Ric that was not what we had discussed (if it was $150 per fan, it would have been easy to calculate the cost vs. an hourly rate). He seemed to have no recollection of our discussion, said it was $164 per HALF hour, and was incredibly rude and condescending. There are plenty of other electricians who will be getting my business from now on.

  Meer Electric came out yesterday to repair the landscaping lights at the front of our subdivision. This is my 4th time using Meer and every time has been a great experience. I initially called and talked to Brian Meer about the job and what was needed - some broken wires and replacing the bulbs on the lights. He asked me if I had the bulbs - letting me know that they don’t stock them on the truck. This step alone saved us a lot of money. I was able to order them on Amazon and saved more than $100 for the same bulbs (LED outdoor) as opposed to buying them at Home Depot. The electrician who came out (Irvin) was polite, efficient and knew exactly what to do. I showed him where the power source was, gave him the bulbs, and an hour later he called me to return the bulbs he didn’t use. It’s great to work with a group of professionals who are not only good at what they do, they are also ethical and transparent. I highly recommend Meer Electric.
