  Kevin installed four recessed lights in our family room and one flood light outside. He worked very diligently and completed the job in a timely manner. Kevin informed us of what he was going to do each step of the way and implemented our preferences. He was very professional and personable. The job was very well done. I will definitely use Strada for my future electrical needs.

  After being in management for over 20 years you hardly ever hear the good, but I certainly wanted to recognize Mr. John in service for the GOOD! He went over and beyond, after hours, to make sure our electrical issues were taken care of. He called me several times, even after the fact that it was looking like a Duke Energy issue, to make sure all was headed in the right direction. I wish this world had many of Mr. Johns as you hardly see this customer service now a days! He is one of the best in Strada and you should hold on tightly to him. Even Ms. Jaime in warranty, following up first thing this morning on the after hours messege was a recognition that Strada Services in fact is on top of their Customer Service!

  Paul called 1/2 hour before he came to the house and arrived on time and with a good attitude. Paul asked questions; gave valuable information regarding the house; and replaced the door bell. He listened well and shared keen insights I did not know about the house. I would definitely use them again and again.
