  Jim H and Tyler M came into the house ready to remove the old AC. They took me through the process of removing outside condenser and the Attic unit. They were prepared. Jim started the attic work and Tyler outside work. They respected our house and did the work without any interruptions of our daily life. They thanked me for having a standup attic. We have a kitty and we asked that they would make sure to not leave any door open for he was an indoor cat. Jim and Tyler was pleasant, willing to share how and why things worked.We would be very pleased to have them back to do another project for us. I have to say, all the people that Tuckey's send to our home have been top notch. Who ever does the hiring I give very high marks. Thanks

  They are unprofessional due to that they pull people from one job and put them on another and allow a job to sit for months with very little work ever being done. The work would only take 2 to 4 weeks at the most. But you are told it’s going to be another 2 months when they haven’t done nothing but demo and replace some sheet rock and not even finish it in a timely manner. If they would just put a crew to work on it and keep them on it till it’s done it would be done in just a couple of weeks. If they have more work than what they can handle then they should not be accepting any new jobs till they are able to do the work in a appropriate time frame. Could have done had an entire house built and finished by now. I will never recommend this company to any one. If they give you a better price than another company I would pay the difference and go with another company before going with Tuckey’s. Even after they have full approval and signatures for everything and have all supplies to do the work they are still saying couple more months but never give a definite date for completion. No customer should have to wait this long to get work done and still don’t know when it will be done for definite yet.

  I used Tuckey services to have my oil boiler cleaned and checked over. The technician Dave was on time, did all the necessary maintenance in a very professional manner and kept things very clean. He also answered all of my questions I had about the unit. I would recommend them for this service.
